School Administrative Assistant – Part-Time

St. John Paul II Catholic Academy seeks a Part-Time School Administrative Assistant to join their staff in Menominee, MI! As a School Administrative Assistant, you will take direction from the principal to assist with administrative duties in a Christ-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate for this position conducts themselves with a high degree of responsibility and confidentiality. This position works 2 – 3 days a week with potential to become full-time in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering phones
• Responding to emails
• Filing documents
• Scheduling
• Assisting the principal and teachers with administrative tasks
• Other duties as needed

• Customer Service experience required
• Microsoft and Google Documents Experience
